7. With whom do we share personal data?

We do not sell your personal data. We only share personal data with third parties where necessary for our services, website functionality, email marketing, hosting, security, administration or to comply with a legal obligation.

We use services from parties including Mailchimp and Meta. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure this only takes place subject to appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a statutory retention period applies. As a general rule, we use the following retention periods:

  • administrative and invoice data: 7 years, where legally required;
